Collection of Dua for Yourself and Others!

Dua is very strong tool to get mercy of Allah, but we must have firm belif that Allah always listen dua but accept at the right time. Dear brothers and sisters: Trials, tribulations and challenges are part of every person’s life. However, to counter that, Allah has provided us a very powerful tool – and that is the tool of du’a or asking Allah for help and his mercy when we need it. And we need it all the time…. Equally importantly, we forget at times that Allah has also provided us the opportunity to dramatically increase the effectiveness of our own Dua’s by encouraging us to make dua’s for other brothers and sisters in Islam. The Prophet (saws) said:

"Whenever you make a supplication for another believer & he is not present, an angel will say ‘same to you'"

Once Prophet Muhammad Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam passed by a people who were suffering from some affliction. "Why don't they make dua (pray ) to Allah for protection," he said. With all the suffering and disasters Muslims are facing in various parts of the world, the question can be directed to all of us today. It is not that we have forgotten dua completely; we refer to it regularly. But, our ideas and practice regarding dua have become distorted.

3 Stages of Acceptance of Dua:

There are 3 stages of dua acceptance and the detail is given below:

• 1. Immediately acceptance
• 2. Allah bless us with best one
• 3. Preserved for Judgment day

1- Immediately Acceptance:
You ask for something and you get the same thing immediately. It means your invocation is answered as it is.

2- Allah Bless us with Best One:
Second type is, you ask for some thing and you get something different. May be more, may be less. May be at a later time after you asked. May be in a different circumstance than you asked. It means your dua is answered according to what Allah Knows to be best for you.

3- Preserved for Judgment day:
Third type of Dua is, when you ask for something and you don’t get it till the time you die. This is the most precious class of dua because it will be rewarded in the hereafter (judgement day). According to hadith, that when the person whose dua was not answered in his/her life will see the rewards of that dua in the hereafter, he/she will lament and say, “O Allah! You Should have kept all my dua’s stored for me”
